Launch CityUp! platform in first 2 pilot cities, establish deconstruction programs, and begin entertainment development initiatives. Focus on proof of concept and initial community impact measurement.
Phase 2: Expansion (2026-2027)
Expand to 10 total pilot cities, launch major film production projects, and scale workforce development programs. Full operational capability target by September 1, 2027.
Phase 3: Growth (2027-2030)
Deploy CityUp! platform to 105 additional cities, complete 5-year pilot evaluation, and prepare for national marketplace expansion across all 50 states.
