Onboarding

4-to-1 Tax Deduction Onboarding

Once you're ready to move forward with the Donation Benefit Services Program, onboarding follows a fixed sequence so nothing in the documentation chain is left to the end.

Sequence

Eight onboarding stages

🧭

1. Consultation & Qualification

We assess eligibility and project your tax savings based on your income type. You share your financial objectives.

📝

2. Engagement & Documentation

We provide the NDA, Master Client Service Agreement, and escrow setup. You execute agreements and fund escrow.

🏠

3. Property Acquisition

We handle legal work, title transfer, and insurance for a property with the right pre-appraisal value. Your involvement is minimal.

⏳

4. The Hold Period

We manage the property and provide quarterly updates during the mandatory 1-year-and-1-day hold. You hold title, passively.

📊

5. Certified Appraisal

We commission a detailed valuation from an IRC Section 170(f)(11)(e) qualified independent appraiser.

🏗️

6. Deconstruction & Salvage

We deploy licensed crews and ensure safety compliance while materials are salvaged for reuse.

🤝

7. Donation

We manage logistics and secure the receipt as materials go to a qualified 501(c)(3) partner. You act as donor of record.

📁

8. Final Documentation

We deliver a complete, audit-ready tax package. You claim the deduction with your tax professional.
